While presidential scion Jeb Bush was out jogging last week, Miami immigration officials deported his maid to her native Honduras. The Immigration and Naturalization Service used to send a deportation letter ahead of their agents. But a new law allows the agents to apprehend someone without any forewarning once all deportation appeals fail, said Richard Smith, director of the INS office in Miami.
