MODESTO, Calif. A man police believe has been deported to Mexico up to eight times was arrested Tuesday evening in Modesto after he allegedly pointed a gun at the house of his ex-girlfriend. Julian Virgen Lopez, 31, was arrested in the 100 block of La Loma Avenue after police found a loaded firearm in the car he was driving, according to Sgt.
